Among such unity in diversities if we try to analyze the details of employment statistics in comparison with the current population of India then we can justify this crude statement in a very sophisticated manner Based on the latest united nations estimates, the population of India as on monday, february 5, 2018 is 1,348,054,116 which is equivalent to 17.74% of the total world population and hold the second position in the list of whole countries in the world. Union ministry for labour and employment claimed national unemployment hovers around 3.7 percent in 2015-16.

However, the data is based on usual principal subsidiary status (upss) approach that requires only 30 days of work in a year to call the person employed. Seventy-seven percent of the families reportedly have no regular wage earner and more than 67 percent have income less than ₹10,000 per month. Around 58 percent of unemployed graduates and 62 percent of unemployed post graduates cited non-availability of jobs matching with education/skill and experience as the main reason for unemployment. If we literally want to fight back with the great curse of unemployment then each and every youth of every community of India should take a pledge that we will not only remain busy to acquire lots and tons of school/college/university degrees ;apart we have to be skilled in a particular field of individual’s interest which will enable every youth to be employed /self employed in his/ her country or in abroad simultaneously parents should be counseled to allow their children to take part in various workshop of skill development organised by various institutions. In this contest we from turnstone global want to acknowledge everybody that we have already started various skill development programs recognised by Govt. of Westbengal and Govt of India and our beneficiaries are getting jobs in different sectors of our country and simultaneously many of them opt for self employment.

The bright side of self employment is that he /she will enjoy the flexibility of timing as well can able to create their own recognition as a successful entrepreneur which again creates the job opportunities for the society.

As far as providing/getting job is concerned during placement of our candidates after completion of training ;the difficulty we found that most of the eligible candidates have a mind set to get the job at their hometown which again bring back a big challenge for the placement partner like turnstone global as previously we have seen that after offering great placement in different sectors across the country lots of candidates rejected those jobs stating they don’t want to do work out of their hometown. Struggling with such social issues we will urge our country fellow to awake up and let’s create our country a hub of world’s largest skilled human resources as it is always possible to fly without motors but not without knowledge and skill.
