Right support brings a lots of change in our social scenario

After 12 years Neil came to India for a long vacation of almost three weeks .He got the citizenship in United Kingdom and settled there for last decade .Since childhood he was a brilliant student and always remained on the top in his career. Though he did not have  that much fascination to get settled in any foreign country  but due to his bright academics he got the scholarship for his research studies after completion of master degree from kharagpur IIT .Though he is the only child of his parents  but since childhood his brought up was very casual  as his parents were very social in nature .They always taught Neil to develop fellow feelings for his subordinates as well as for his neighbours  and spread the helping hands towards the needy .

This time he came with a plan to travel multiple undeveloped areas of West Bengal. Having known the news of his arrival his most bloosm childhood friend Akash came to meet with him at their jadavpur residence .After long gossiping Aksh suggested him to roam around sunderban area which is one of the most undeveloped places  in West Bengal because of its geographical location as well Akash assured him that he will give him his company and they decided to start their journey in a wee hours of a Saturday  as it was off day for Akash who worked as an executive engineer at pwd (govt of west bengal).they took the  canning root to reach koikhali .The beautiful roadside views of nature, greeneries made him proud to be  an Indian. At late evening they reached their destination at koikhali. They took rest on that evening at a cottage of local guy who was known to Akash. Neil was enjoying the local cuisine at dinner .The day long journey made them very tired and they fall asleep within 10 pm. In midnight Neil suddenly got up from bed with profuse sweating having seen a bad dream which he could not recall later. He just stretched his hand to bring the water filled bottle which was kept besides his bed. Suddenly he found that the dim halos of light were coming from the adjacent cottage. Neil checked with the time and it was 2.35 am. just on curiosity he pushed Akash and informed that something was happening at that cottage and Neil tried to unveil the curtain on the truth. Both of them came out from their cottage with a six batteries night lamp and came closer to that cottage.

Neil got astonished having seen the beautiful painting hanging from the mud wall of Uttam sanpoi, a student of 10 th standard of local govt school. That was the first time he realised that a lovely painting have the capability to cure lots of mental and psychological stress and have the ability to soothe the tired heart. Immediately he enquired about Uttam and found that he was mentally drowned with the colors of his imagination. Neil interrupted  Uttam and enquired about his family and got to know that Uttam had lost his father during a tiger attack at sunderban 5 years back and his mother was suffering with  cancer .Uttam had a big dream to get admission in govt art college in kolkata and wanted  to pursue career in painting. Having seen the talent of Uttam ;Neil assured him to bear all his education feets and told that he had to get in the admission at govt .Art college. As days passed on Uttam cracked the entrance test for govt art college and now he is running the best art school as his neighbourhood of sunderban where almost 250 poor children came to get the tuition from Uttam and simultaneously Uttam became popular in  his locality as ‘teacher uncle’.

There are lot of Uttams remain scattered in our huge population .A-single spark of help can create a lots of change in our social scenario by producing best workforce in our country.
