International Day of Happiness

What is happiness? It is just a feeling to boost up the spirit of living. You cannot buy happiness, but something you share can capture a happy moment in that person’s life. Life is all about up and downs but happiness is all around the corner one need to share to feel it. Even any kind gesture of a person brings happiness or smile.

Today when we see an unprivileged child smiling and playing with a toy which is donated by somebody from a privileged society, we feel happy to see the smile on that child’s face. But at the same time when we see the child’s younger brother or sister crying out of hunger most of don’t feel the pain of hunger. But, it only takes a second to share what we have and we can, just to make the smile a little wider.

When people think of donating, most of them feel with that money they can buy the new brand clothes or accessories, but at the same time, the donation is serving a person’s basic need. Besides, there are tons of things which we don’t use; be it clothing, shoes, toys, bag, bedcovers and many household things, which won’t matter if we donate. All of a sudden nothing will change but if we try to make people happy, we don’t need to overdo or stress our pocket, we can share what we have; our efforts will only bring a smile.

We see many people celebrating their success, birthdays and marriage with underprivileged people who never tasted good food, or went to any restaurants, these people are not from highly established family neither they are straining their financial budget, they are only sharing with people who are deprived of so-called good living than their family and friend who are capable off good lifestyle. It is simply trying to provide the deprived class a bit of happiness.

You just need to have the heart to share happiness. When you share your happiness you are simply doubling the effect, so let’s share and live happiness.
